Bob Renner, GRI

 

Bob has 26 years experience working real estate in Northern Colorado. Bob moved to Fort Collins in 1976, attracted by its proximity to the mountains. Ever the outdoorsman, Bob especially enjoys fly fishing. He has stayed in Fort Collins for over three decades because of the draw of the great outdoors, in addition to being a wonderful place to raise a family. Bob started working in real estate in 1983. From buyers’ markets to sellers’ markets, he has experienced it all. Bob’s expansive knowledge of Northern Colorado ’s real estate ensures the satisfaction of all clients. Most importantly, Bob has stayed in the real estate business for over a quarter century because he enjoys working with people and helping them reach their goals by finding exactly what they’re looking for in the area.

Bob has been with RE/MAX for 14 years and received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, a prestigious award received by only 12% of RE/MAX agents. His specialties include residential properties, farm and ranch, and land and water transactions.

 

Abby Renner, CDPE, RCC 

Abby has been a licensed broker since 2002, but has been active in the real estate industry for over a decade. She enjoys the opportunities to work with both buyers and sellers by listening to their wants and needs and she strives to deliver the best service possible to accommodate those needs. Abby believes in working with clients from beginning to end, and beyond. She especially enjoys opportunities to educate clients and consumers on real estate and the processes involved in the home buying and selling procedure.

Abby has been with RE/MAX since 2005. Her specialty is acting as a buyer’s agent, but enjoys all aspects of real estate. Additionally, she has been certified in the areas of relocation, residential construction, short sales, and foreclosures.
